To cure uv inks and varnishes effectively, the correct uv intensity and dose should be applied.

Too much uv will result in wasted energy and too little will produce poor curing. The "UV Cure Control" monitors and controls the uv intensity by combining a UV online sensor and an Electronic Power Supply (EPS).

Hand-held HI1 & UV sensor SI1

The UV sensor SI1 has been designed to monitor UV lamps in combination with the new hand-held system HI1. Equipped with an intelligent interface connector, the sensor stores all calibration data in the sensor connector so that the irradiance value can be read directly from the display of the HI1.
