Jacket tube system for disinfection applications.

In many areas of food manufacturing enterprises,
the requirements for virtually germ-free and
hygienically safe surfaces are very high.

Disinfection by ultraviolet (UV) light provides these companies with a natural, dry and straightforward
process.

The UTS Jacket tube system can used with uv low pressure lamps in air or water for UVC disinfection applications. A shatter-proof system is optional available.

Surface disinfection
Food industry (disinfection of air, conveyor belts, packaging)
Air disinfection in storage rooms or in air conditioning or exhaust-air systems
Water disinfection in air washers, spring, cistern, water tanks

Features:

The splash-proofed (IP 65) system consists of a three part stainless steel head which holds the dip tube which has an outer diameter of 23 mm. The system can be mounted so that the stainless steel head can be combined with a union ring or with a union ring / flange. Because of this, an easy and quick lamp change is possible without removing the flange. The flange ring is cropped at two sides to enable closer mounting to the substrate or area which requires irradiation. The flange ring has four threaded holes M5. This ensures simple installation and maintenance.
