UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator

The UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator is a UV dosimeter (mJ/cm²) . Different UV ranges can be measured using different wireless measuring cells. Due to their small size, the wireless sensors
can be used in numerous application areas such as narrow web, tube printing, label printing as well as irradiation of 3D objects.

The standard version of the UV Micro Puck Integrator (sensor)
can measure the entire UV wavelength range between
230 and 410 nm.

Wireless sensors for the UV Micro Puck Integrator are
available for different UV ranges. As an option, we also provide different designs so that there is definitely an optimal solution
for your application.

Measuring process:

After the wireless UV sensor has been exposed to radiation,
it is connected to the UV Micro Puck Integrator (hand-held).
The measured value is read out and displayed in mJ/cm².
The measured value is also stored in the hand-held unit
and can be recalled at any time. As soon as a new
measurement is carried out, the previously stored
value is overwritten.

After the measured value has been read, it also remains stored in the sensor. A reset can be carried out by pressing the Reset button when the sensor is connected to the hand-held unit;
this is possible both when the hand-held unit is switched on as well as when it is switched off. In the case of measurements with low or high irradiance, the display can be set accordingly. Up to 8 different sensors can be read consecutively by the
UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator.
