Quartz Glass Plates

Our quartz glass plates have a number of features that cannot be found in such a perfect combination in any other material.

Extremely low thermal expansion, excellent elasticity and thermal shock resistance, high transformation and softening temperature, low thermal conductivity, good optical transmittance of ultraviolet radiation, purity, corrosion resistance as well as diffusion barrier effect against most substances - this is what makes this raw material so outstanding.

Characteristics of the quartz glass material.

High thermal shock resistance:
Ensured by the expansion coefficient of 0 to 900 °C, K exp-1 0.48 x 10 exp-6 and required for many chemical-physical processes.

UV and IR transmittance:
Quartz glass is very useful as far as the heating or irradiating of materials of all aggregate states in the range from 200 to 3,500 nm is concerned.
