Reflector unit with shutter for UV
medium-pressure lamps, type Stuttgart.

This reflector unit has been specially developed for Gallus R160 and R200 printing presses . Because of its higher yield due
to an improved reflector design, this unit only requires one UV lamp
and can be operated with the existing, (slightly adapted)
electrical system.

The maintenance time (lamp replacement, replacement of reflector plates or cleaning of the cooling plate) is greatly reduced due to the plug connection and the possibility of simply pulling the reflector unit out towards the operator.

Due to this, you not only halve the energy cost per lamp but also substantially cut maintenance costs. The scope of delivery includes an exhaust air controller including a throttle valve (Ø 80 mm) and a regulator
(24 V DC).
